About the Congress
The Argentine Society of Clinical Bacteriology, Mycology and Parasitology invites you to take part in the 9th SADEBAC Congress 2026, at Palais Rouge (Jerónimo Salguero 1441, City of Buenos Aires).
A space to share knowledge, experiences and advances in microbiological diagnosis, antimicrobial resistance, epidemiological surveillance and new technologies applied to clinical microbiology.
With a multidisciplinary approach, the Congress brings the scientific community together for learning, exchange and new professional connections.

Call for abstracts
We invite researchers and professionals to submit their original research papers and clinical cases to the 9th SADEBAC 2026 Congress. All accepted abstracts are published in the digital abstract book with ISBN.
Structure: Introduction, Objective, Materials and methods, Results and Conclusions. Up to 2500 characters, with up to 2 tables or figures.
Single cases with unusual or novel features, or series of 3 or more cases. Structure: Introduction, Clinical description and Discussion.
Papers are evaluated by experts and classified as accepted or rejected (no correction stage). Accepted works are presented as printed posters; the highest-rated may be selected for oral presentation.

Buenos Aires has two airports: Ministro Pistarini International Airport (Ezeiza), the main international gateway, about 35 km from downtown; and Jorge Newbery Airport (Aeroparque), on the River Plate, for domestic and regional flights, minutes from downtown.
